1 February, 2017 Emergya will implement a UX consultancy in Madrid Metro The project will include every technical issue related to the User Experience: interviews, surveys, benchmarking, journey planner, and data information that will be used to develop a navigation model designed to the users’ needs. Emergya was chosen to develop the new site and app User Experience for the Madrid Metro. This project will take place during the next 6 months and it will consist in renewing the app and web interface in order to optimize the service and offer the most up-to-date information to users. The project will include every technical issue related to the user experience: interviews, surveys, benchmarking, journey planner and data information will be used to develop a navigation model designed to the users’ needs. This project is part of a whole strategy of Madrid Metro whose final aim is to maximize user satisfaction.
